Your apartment in Naturno will be ready from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate your apartment on the day of departure by 10.00 am.

All of our apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer unit, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, cookware, and tableware. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The apartment also features a washing machine. We also provide a garage parking space.

• All apartment rates are per person per day, not including visitor’s tax of € 2.10 per person/day.
• To confirm your booking, the payment of a deposit of 30 % of the total booking price is required.
• You can pay your bill on the day of departure in cash, with EC or credit card.

Unfortunately, it may happen that you are unable to start your long-awaited trip as planned. Cancellation of your stay is possible under the following conditions:

• Cancellations up to 1 month before arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, we charge 50 % of the total price.
• For cancellations from 7 days before arrival we charge 100 % of the total price.

As we have endeavoured to provide allergy-friendly facilities, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartments. The entire building is barrier-free thanks to the facilities and the lift.
